CRM App Store is committed to respecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal data, traffic data and communications content.  This Privacy Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how CRM App Store uses and safeguards the information you provide in using CRM App Store’s internet communications, CRM App Store’s websites and/or CRM App Store's products. Please note that CRM App Store is a part of Prodware S.A group.

We use technologies like cookies (small files stored on your browser), web beacons, or unique organization identifiers to identify your system, device or browser so we can deliver a better experience. Our systems also log information like your IP address, browser type, and organization URL, instance information, application software version and license information.

We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly obtain parental consent or remove the information.

We will retain your information for as long as is necessary to: (1) fulfill any of the Purposes of this Privacy Policy or (2) comply with applicable legislation, regulatory requests and relevant orders from competent courts. We may keep data indefinitely.

We will use all reasonable endeavours to accommodate requests to delete personal information unless it is required to be retained by law or for lawful business purposes. However, please note that it can sometimes take up to two weeks before your account disappears completely and your details may still appear in the reviews directory during this time.

We do not use or collect your precise geographic location.

We may share personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email or phone) with trusted partners in order to provide you with relevant advertising, offers or services.

Ad companies may use and collect anonymous data about your interests to customize content and advertising here and in other sites and applications. Interest and location data may be linked to your device, but is not linked to your identity. These companies are required to keep this information confidential and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

Analytics companies may access anonymous data (such as your IP address or device ID) to help us understand how our services are used. They use this data solely on our behalf. They do not share it except in aggregate form; no data is shared as to any individual user.

Our affiliate network program partner allows third parties to introduce people to CRM App Store. Our affiliates may send cookies to your computer to allow them to receive information (a) when you click on a CRM App Store related link on one of our affiliate partner sites, and/or (b) when you make a purchase on CRM App Store’s website, for the purpose of paying commission to the affiliate partner. If you re-visit CRM App Store’s site directly, our affiliate network program partner can recognize you and reward the third-party affiliate partner site that referred you to our site. These cookies are not within CRM App Store’s control.

Our privacy policy may change from time to time.  If there are material changes to this Privacy Policy or in how we will use your personal information, we will notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes prior to implementing the change or by directly sending you a notification. We will occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our software and/or products and customer feedback. When we post changes to this Privacy Policy we will update the "last revised" date at the top of the Privacy Policy. You agree that your continued use of the software or products after notice shall constitute your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.
